Georgia crushed Russia 46:0 in a rugby match in Tbilisi on March 17 – the record margin between the two sides, whose encounters became politically-charged especially after the August war between the two countries. The March 17 match at packed stadium in the Georgian capital was part of the European Nations Cup tournament, a league below top league of Six Nations Championship in Europe.
