Mamuka Glonti is co-founder and owner of 15% of shares of the Maestro TV. He accused Kitsmarishvili of breaking into the station's premises, occupying it and not allowing the staff to work. He said it was an attempt to seize control over the TV station and suggested that Kitsmarishvili was acting with a tacitly backing from the authorities.
