Interior Ministry Recovers Explosives

The Georgian Interior Ministry reported on March 16 that five anti-tank mines have been found in the village of Klde in the Akhaltsikhe district, in south western Georgia. The mines were reportedly found in the vicinity of the construction site of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline.

The Interior Ministry also reported that unspecified explosives with remote control device were also found on March 15 in the western Georgian town of Poti inside a ship building factory. No other details were reported.
