Ammunition Stolen from Military Unit

Georgian Defense Ministry confirmed on October 27 that ammunition has despaired from the military depot in the south-western Georgian district of Akhaltsikhe.

Ministry officials say that the ammunition, which was produced in the Czech Republic, was “outdated.”

The Defense Ministry has not reported the exact number of ammunition stolen in recent incidents.
