President Saakashvili hailed the Georgian coast guard on July 16 and said that their service “will be more needed in the future.” He was speaking in the town of Poti where the Georgian cost guard celebrated its 8th anniversary on Sunday.

This is the second time in last two days when President Saakashvili makes this kind of statement.

Addressing about 8 000 military servicemen at the Orpolo firing range on July 15 Mikheil Saakashvili said that “major challenges are ahead, major threats still persist and use of your strength might be needed in the future.”
