According to the 1994 Moscow agreement there shall be no armed forces or heavy military equipment within the Security Zone. There shall be no heavy military equipment (artillery and mortars of a caliber exceeding 18 mm, tanks and armored transport vehicles) within the Restricted-Weapons Zone, according to the Moscow agreement.
